Soar to the sun, look down at the sea

Post-HSC holidays have officially come to an end. I wish we had another month T_T Nonetheless, I think my last week of holidays was well spent. Though when I look back on it, I didn't really do that much (just eating out and mucking around), but I did have a lot of fun :)

I had orientation on Monday, which was so boring... just consisted of everyone packed into the university hall listening to different people explain stuff that most of us already knew? =_= After that I met up with Gary and went to this small Jap place called Sakura. Then we watched.... Gnomeo and Juliet LOL.

On Tuesday I had my 'Faculty Welcome'. But before that, I had lunch with Amara at Chat Thai! :D

After lunch I headed to UTS. Akash and I got there 5 minutes early and the lecture hall was already full and they weren't letting any more in, so there were about 30 other Design kids just standing outside doing nothing for about an hour =_= After that, everyone got seperated into their course so I went into this other room with about 120ish other VisCom students, where some academics explained things about the course. Anyway, from the last couple of days at UTS, I have not been impressed with their organisation and stuff...

On Wednesday I had my 2nd driving lesson. Drove on the main road for the first time and freaked about a bit resulting in almost crashing into another car at Eastwood bahaha... and then got beeped at when going around my first round about (because I drove so slowly LOL) == so I beeped back :D After that I went to UTS again for O'Fest to check out the clubs and societies. There weren't as many as I though :S Joined the M'sian Student Society haha.. and met some cool people during registration so I guess it was good :) Met Amit after and walked around for a bit before grabbing something to eat at Thannon Khao San :)

Friday was Chat Thai (again :D ... going thru Thai food phase atm hehe). The food had so much chilli... Gary and I died LOL. After lunch we ferried it to Manlyyyy~ :D The ferry had free wi-fi hehhe.

Anyway, tomorrow I shall start my tertiary education! I am extremely nervous. I have about 340538045345 different thoughts running through my mind but I don't think my typing can keep up with it so I guess I'll just keep it in my head.

Tomorrow will be the beginning of a long (but hopefully worthwhile) journey.
