Yesterday I finally went to Outpost, the Street Art Exhibition on Cockatoo Island. Going to the island definitely brought back memories of camp earlier in the year. The exhibition was pretty neat. I guess what struck me most about it was the sheer sizes and detailing of the works. Some works were huge and covered the whole wall of the warehouse whilst others were so small you'd think people would only spot it by chance or something. Cockatoo Island with all its abandoned warehouses and eroding scrap metal was the perfect place for this exhibition.
